It's the most wonderful time of the year........

The Christmas season is in full swing now, our tree is trimmed, the weather has turned cold, there's a fire in the fireplace, and our town has put on her loveliest dressings. It really does put me in the Christmas spirit just driving down Quintard this time of year and looking at all of the lights.

We get to spend time with family and friends, attend Christmas parties with good food and drink, watching the anticipation in the young ones eyes, and just feeling the good ol' Christmas spirit.

My wife's Christmas party season kicked off this past week with a couple of work related gatherings. Then this weekend brought about our annual party in Atlanta with our friends and family from our Spain trip. Man, talk about good food. It gets better every year.

On Sunday we had our holiday feast and gift giving with the Pope. Joe and Glo treated us to brunch at 'Classic On Noble' then up to the Pope's house for a gift exchange.

May we all take some time this Christmas to stop and give thanks for all we have been blessed with, and to cherish our time with each other. Practice random acts of kindness, not just at this time of year, but all throughout the year.

I wish each and every one of you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!!!!!
